Shipping Policy
We offer multiple shipping options including Express Delivery (within 1-3 working days) and Standard Delivery (within 7 working days). Please note that for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom these timeframes may vary.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Please note that delivery of your Order may take longer during a sale or other busy periods.

This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

- All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of despatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
